RESTORATIVE DENTISTRY

Bring Your Smile Back To Life

If your smile is decayed, broken, or missing a few pieces, it can be hard to live up to your full potential. You may struggle to enjoy your favorite foods, to speak clearly, and to smile with confidence. Dental problems can also be painful and debilitating, and left untreated they can cause a cascade of other consequences. At Magnolia Family Dentistry, we don’t think anyone should have to live like this. We use durable, natural-looking materials and advanced digital technology to restore your smile, your confidence, and your quality of life.

The The First Step To A New You!

If you’re ready to restore your smile, we would be honored to be the team to help you. Get in touch with us today to get started!

Tooth-Colored Fillings

If you’re reading this, chances are you’ve had a cavity filled at some point in your life. Maybe it was when you were a kid, maybe it was more recently. While cavities are best to be avoided, at least you’re in good company, and filling them is easy and aesthetically pleasing with tooth-colored fillings.

  • Strong & durable
  • Tooth-colored & natural-looking
  • Safe & non-toxic
  • Stop decay
  • Restore health

Inlays & Onlays

If you have an area of decay that’s too large to fill with a filling, but not large enough to warrant a full crown, inlays and onlays are a conservative intermediate option that can fortify and strengthen teeth without having to remove healthy tooth structure. With our advanced digital technology, the process is simple.

Inlays repair damage contained within the cusp
Onlays repair larger damage that extends beyond the cusp
Can last up to 30 years with proper care

Crowns & Bridges

If you have a tooth that’s badly decayed, worn, or broken, you may need a crown to restore it to health, aesthetics, and function. Crowns can put a stop the damage while protecting your healthy tooth root, and with the help of our digital imaging technology, getting a crown is easier than ever. We offer a few types of materials to suit your individual needs:

  • Porcelain crowns
  • Zirconia crowns
  • Gold crowns

If you’re missing a tooth or multiple teeth, you should have them replaced as soon as possible to prevent surrounding teeth from shifting into the space. A custom bridge can fill the gap in your smile, restore the balance of your bite, and allow you to eat and smile comfortably again.

  • Traditional bridges
  • Cantilever bridges
  • Maryland bridges
  • Implant-supported bridges

Dentures & Partials

If you’re missing most or all of your natural teeth, or living with ill-fitting dentures that are getting in the way of your quality of life, we would love to help you.

Dr. Nels can create a custom partial or full denture to suit your needs that will allow you to enjoy your favorite foods again, to regain normal speech patterns, and feel more confident in your smile—and in your life! You deserve to live out your best years with a beautiful, natural-looking smile that will inspire joy in everyone you share it with.

Dental Implant Restoration

When it comes to replacing missing teeth, we always recommend dental implants because they truly are the best solution. Implants are the only way to replace a lost tooth root, and can help prevent jawbone atrophy while providing a solid anchor for replacement teeth.

If you’re interested in dental implants, Dr. Nels can refer you to a trusted specialist in our network for placement, and we can finish the process with a new crown, bridge, or implant-supported dentures.

I traveled out of town for a week and broke a tooth AND lost a filling within an hour of arriving in OKC. Dr. Nels was able to get me in that afternoon and put me back together well enough for me to continue my trip. I was able to eat right away and there were no issues afterwards. They also were sensitive to potential insurance complications with follow up charges from my regular dentist. Thanks so much!

I had a recurring problem with an implant done by my previous dentist. Dr. Nels fixed the issue and I have not had any more problems with a loose implant that would “fall off” at times. I also have a child with special needs who would have to be sedated to have her teeth cleaned. Once again, Dr. Nels, came through! She was able to clean and examine my child’s teeth without sedation. I am very glad to be a patient of Dr. Nels. She is wonderful!

The staff is super nice and they work with you on payments. They don’t judge you if you haven’t been to the dentist in a while which was very important for me because I haven’t. During my procedure she stop several times and asked me if I needed a break. I greatly appreciate it.

I’m not going to lie, I was pretty scared to go to the dentist. Although I’ve always taken good care of my teeth, it’s always a scary thought to go to the dentist and find something wrong. I must say this office was fantastic. Ever since I moved to OKC, I‘ve looked for a dentist that will not hurt my mouth (bad experience in the past). I can now say I found that place. Leaha is so knowledgeable and made me feel relaxed during the whole process. I highly recommend this place.

I called them on Monday morning. They scheduled an appt Tues morning. Arrive and from front counter receptionist to the dentist were very professional. They made me feel at ease and were always asking if I was ok… and after explaining my past experiences with dentists Leaha made this visit overwhelmingly pleasant. Kudos to you Leaha and Jackie. I’ll be back to see you both and will definitely recommend to everybody I know. Thanks for all you guys did.

Root Canals

We know nobody wants to have a root canal, or any dental work for that matter—but root canals have earned a particularly bad reputation over the years. Thankfully, advancements in techniques and technology now allow us to provide routine root canals that are usually no more uncomfortable than having a cavity filled.

If you’re in need of a root canal but are hesitant to make the appointment, let us ask you this—would you rather have a root canal, or an extraction? A root canal can not only get you out of pain, but can literally save your tooth. Sounds like a no brainer!

Full-Mouth Restoration

If your smile is in shambles and you’re worried it’s past the point of no return, we want you to know you don’t have to give up hope. Dr. Nels and our team would love to help rebuild your smile from the ground up.

The process begins with a comprehensive consultation with Dr. Nels, and digital imaging techniques to give us the complete picture of your oral structures. Then, we can use any number of treatment techniques to get you back on track. A new smile will literally change your life for the better, so don’t suffer any longer. We want you to smile again.
